Our Process:

The assessment is collaborative in nature, but not intrusive.
Clients are not required to walk the property during the assessment. Access to the home is needed for the daytime interior evaluation, and boundaries are discussed in advance to ensure comfort, privacy, and discretion throughout the process.
When appropriate, observations may be discussed during or after the assessment, but there is no expectation of constant interaction. The focus remains on conducting a thorough, uninterrupted evaluation while respecting how the home is lived in.
This approach allows the assessment to remain professional and efficient, while ensuring the homeowner retains full control over access, scope, and next steps.

Following the completion of the nighttime assessment, a Home Intelligence Report is delivered within 72 hours.
The report presents findings in a clear, structured format, highlighting areas where exposure may concentrate and explaining why those conditions matter in context. Observations are prioritized, proportionate, and designed to support thoughtful decision-making, not urgency.
There is no requirement to act on every finding, and no expectation to implement changes immediately, if at all. Some clients use the report as a long-term reference, others as guidance for targeted improvements over time.
Our role ends with clarity. What follows is entirely the homeowner’s decision.
What Happens After You Submit the Form
1. We review your inquiry
Your message is reviewed by me. No automated screening.
2. You schedule a 30-minute call
You’ll receive a link to schedule a brief conversation at a time that works for you. This call is designed to understand what you’re looking to assess and whether the services are a good fit.
3. We align on scope and approach
During the call, we discuss which assessment(s) make sense—Home Vulnerability Assessment, Pattern of life or Digital Vulnerability Assessment, or a combined engagement. Scope, access, and timing are clarified, and a tailored estimate is provided.
4. We set dates
On-site work is scheduled with minimal disruption. Weekends often work best.
Depending on the engagement, this may include a day and evening HVA or a 90-minute in-person Pattern-of-Life debrief.
5. The work is completed and delivered
Assessments are conducted discreetly and efficiently. Written deliverables and follow-up are provided according to the agreed scope and timeline with HVA’s having a 72 hour turnaround from night assessment.
